The Pentagramma Apartment Villasimius holiday home is the perfect accommodation for a getaway for two. The 44 m² property with small outdoor courtyards features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave, and coffee machine (capsules not provided) are available for guests. Outside, you will find a private area with a small courtyard, veranda, and barbecue facilities—ideal for relaxing outdoors. The house is close to the public transport stop, just a 2-minute walk away, and is strategically located for accessing the best beaches in the area. A car is recommended, but during high season a convenient shuttle connects the main beaches. Street parking is available for your car. For your motorcycle or bikes, a private covered box is provided. Some of the most beautiful beaches to visit include Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Porto Sa Ruxi, and Simius. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Air conditioning is in the bedroom and managed as follows: 3 kWh per day are included in the rate, monitored by a dedicated meter. If you exceed the daily limit, additional consumption is available for an extra fee. The property provides guidelines for proper waste sorting, with more information available on-site.
